Main Responsibilities of the Job:

· Develop and manage an engagement schedule for undergraduate students to prepare them for graduate school, jobs, and internships including student engagement with exposure to graduate school options and requirements, interviewing skills, and soft skills necessary to work in a professional office.

· Support development and execution of a needs assessment to determine the skills and attributes that students should develop before graduating and entering the workforce or higher education opportunities.

· Coordinate efforts to provide skills training, prepare students for graduate school, and prepare students for the job market to ensure efforts are complimentary.

· Coordinate with technical experts to develop a career and graduate school resources website for students.

· Support development of programming to support students and alumni interested in becoming entrepreneurs.

· Lead and manage the development and execution of AUW’s annual Career fair.

· Support the expansion of internship and study abroad opportunities for AUW students.

· Support professional development of junior CLPD staff.

Other Requirements:

· Educational Background:

o Master’s degree preferred.

o Bachelor’s degree required

· Experience:

o Minimum 5 years of experience in Tertiary Education, Workforce Development or Human Resources.

o Knowledge of global and regional education landscape.

o Familiarity with national and regional labor market.

· Skills:

o Data literacy

o Proficiency Google workplace and Microsoft 365

· Languages: Fluent in both Bengali and English.
