Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Master Degree in Commerce/MBA.

• Candidates with CA (CC) or any relevant professional degree/certificate will get preferences;

• Training in Financial Management will be treated as extra quality;

• Experience in using AIS & MIS tools of microfinance will get preference;

• Good operating skills of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word) with software operation and reporting will be treated as essential skills; and

• Required to have excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 05 years relevant experience in the development organization.

SETU is a national level organization in Bangladesh having special consultative status with UN Economic & Social Council (ECOSOC) and observer status with United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) & United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD). SETU is an ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) certified organization. SETU has been working with 2.00 lac families on Microfinance, water & sanitation, education, health, climate change, entrepreneur development in 14 districts of Khulna, Rajshahi & Dhaka division for last 42 years. The organization is registered with MRA. Micro credit program of SETU is being financed by PKSF and Financial Institutes. Applications are invited from the candidates for the under-mentioned posts who are willing to work at grassroot level with marginalized people through ensuring qualitative status of program.

Major Responsibilities

• Should have to be confident to lead total SETU Micro Finance Program`s audit department independently in all SETU’s working areas.

• Provides management, oversight and leadership to the audit teams to keep audits on track and ensure quality work.

• Performs most routine audit, review and compilation engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner.

• Develops and implements audit manual/policy that address the audit objectives.

• Responsible for supervise, perform operational and financial audits according to the annual audit plan

• hecking SETU Micro Finance Program`s all unit transaction and balances carefully and report immediately

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual audit report

• Prepare any other duties as assigned by the management.

Work Station: SETU Kushtia office; extensive field visit is required.
