Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master of Nutrition or Food science with 3 years of work experience in total.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience on homestead gardening, agriculture, and livelihood projects.
∎ Able to prepare effective planning and quality implementation of project activities of livelihood projects.
∎ Experienced in project management of homestead gardening.
∎ Familiar with Kobo and ODK software.
∎ Facilitated cooking demonstration·
∎ Strong team player who communicates and shares with other team members ·
∎ Punctual and good at time management and strong relationship building skill.
∎ Profecient language in Bangla, English & Chittagong.
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Cooking Demonstration Officer will be responsible for leading the Cooking and feeding demonstration session.
∎ Monitor & evaluate the progress and take corrective measures.
∎ Ensure effective & efficient use of resources.
∎ Create congenial/friendly working environment for all staff members and learning culture.
∎ Provide technical support to staff members through coaching, mentoring, feedback etc.
∎ Enhance team bondage and team spirit.  Liaison:
∎ Liaise and coordinate with relevant line agencies, stakeholders and project participants, especially with the CICs, ACiCs and site-management and donors.
∎ Attend meetings/ events organized externally and represent the project and Cordaid properly. Training & capacity building:
∎ Community communication, mobilization, and beneficiary selection and validation.
∎ Organize and facilitate training, group meetings workshops.  Integrity:
∎ Maintain the Code of Conduct and all other policies and procedures of the organization.
∎ Ensure integrity policy of both donor and Cordaid.
∎ Follow and ensure the safety security policy.Monitoring, documentation and reporting:
∎ Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports.
∎ Ensure that copies of important communications, documents and reports are filed and stored and circulated appropriately.
∎ Implementation:
