1. Certification in safe food handling is preferred

2. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, techniques, and kitchen best practices

3. Proven experience working as a Cook or in a similar role

4. Ability to accurately follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation

5. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a kitchen environment

6. Physical stamina, with the ability to stand and work for extended periods

7. Effective communication skills for smooth coordination with team members

• Prepare breakfast items such as paratha, khichuri, and eggs for the corporate canteen.

• Prepare the all-day menu for the corporate canteen.

• Check stock balance and prepare requisitions for raw materials for purchase.

• Ensure food safety and hygiene in Walton Corporate Office cafeteria.

• Prepare the month-end stock report and submit the same to the in-charge.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor of the canteen.
