∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum graduation. However, BBA/MBA in Hospitality management/Marketing /Restaurant management or relevant field is preferred.

∎ Individual should be capable of running fast food operations/fast food chain independently and confidently.
∎ Should have general knowledge/experience on operations, production, marketing, purchase, quality, accounts and HR etc.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality to lead the teams.
∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in similar post, preferably within the Fast Food Restaurant.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ In-depth understanding of current market trends and strategies in the Fast Food Sector.
∎ Proficiency in outlet operational tools and platforms.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Working experience of relevant software with good computer literacy.
