∎ Minimum graduation. However, BBA/MBA in Marketing /Restaurant management or relevant field is preferred.

∎ Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in similar post, preferably within the Fast Food Restaurant.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ In-depth understanding of current market trends and strategies in the Fast Food Sector.
∎ Proficiency in outlet operational tools and platforms.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Working experience of relevant software with good computer literacy.
∎ Experience: At least 8-10 Years in the relevant field.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Launch home delivery in existing outlets and new outlets.
∎ Building and leading a layered sales, operations, and marketing structure for driving home service operations.
∎ Planning, strategizing and executing end-to-end operations. Order generation, Order fulfillment, and customer experience.
∎ Ensure all operations KPIs are delivered as per defined targets and action plan.
∎ Leading and enabling delivery business through digitalization and aggregator platforms.
∎ Work closely with the higher management of the company for solving long and short-term business and capacities planning.
∎ Defining the strategy and executing it on the ground.
∎ Sustaining and growing revenue by delivering a world-class customer experience.
∎ Prepare CRM Plan for every month and ensuring the proper execution.
∎ Analyses trends, identify opportunities, and implement improvements to stay ahead in the fast-paced delivery market.
∎ Work with operations, marketing, and technology teams to enhance delivery services and build campaigns that resonate with customers.
∎ Partner with platforms like Food Panda, Foodi, Pathao and handling negotiations, campaigns, and technology integrations to strengthen our presence and build lasting partnerships.
∎ Support and develop delivery man, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
∎ Lead the ODC stores on several occasions throughout the whole year to add more sales and branding.
∎ Identify and engage potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation activities.
∎ Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback to stay updated on industry trends and provide information to relevant personnel.
∎ Acquire knowledge regarding the fast food chain, competitors, and their products and promotional activities.
