Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in CSE / EEE / HSC with wide expertise in IT Sector

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent monitors CCTV and operates other equipment of integrated security system based on Control Room.
∎ Ensure video surveillance mechanism along with access control system in a key controller role.
∎ Handle input-output media or data with due integrity for subsequent utilization and storage.
∎ Configure surveillance module convenient for object detection, attribute or face analysis report.
∎ Strictly maintain control room norms, protocols and privacy of the resultant output footages.
∎ Contribute to developing Control Room work practices in a team of operators or on their own.
∎ To ensure not to leave the post unattended without a reliever and approval of the supervisor.
∎ Radio communication to distant security positions as per alarm system and attention required.
∎ Maintain records or incidents in the logbook regularly and backup accordingly in the system.
∎ Notify issues related to quality surveillance like routine cleaning, backup, and troubleshooting.
∎ Inspect access control mechanisms and ensure fire alarm systems are functioning to their capacity.
∎ Maintain accurate records of data recordings and event using prescribed format or software.
∎ Perform recording, visual inspection, or personnel tracking for the operational purpose only.
∎ Perform any jobs in the role of field security and patrolling as per time demands requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 months as a CCTV operator in any reputed organization.
∎ IVSS/DVR/NVR based CCTV system
∎ Hands-on electronics and audio/video
∎ Physical security or digital solutions
∎ Alert, observant, intelligent, and confident.
∎ Familiar with all sites and stay on-premises.
