Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain financial balance by tracking money collection and distribution after product purchases.
Communicate regularly with the contractor.
Keep track of contractor attendance.
Ensure that all contractor documents are thoroughly reviewed and verified for accuracy and completeness.
Address and resolve issues within the telebuyer team by identifying key problems.
Supervise a contractor team to ensure efficient operation.
Visit the field to assess team performance.
