Job Responsibilities:
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Blog etc.
∎ Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
∎ Promote content on social media.
∎ Research industry-related topics.
∎ Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
∎ Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
∎ Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
∎ Translating English Content into Bangla & Vice-versa.
∎ Prepare contents for publications, website, case studies, digital medias, advertisements and other marketing materials those communicate the organization's activities, solutions, products or services.
∎ Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
∎ Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
∎ Communicate and cooperate with a Business Development Team, writing team, including a content manager, editors, and web publishers.
∎ Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Generally 6 months probationary period but it depends on your performance; based on your performance & organizational needs you might be selected as a permanent team member anytime within 6 months. Your salary will be incremented when you will be permanent.
