Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ A foreign degree/ professional training certification in the respective field is preferred but not mandatory.
∎ Must have 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Good understanding of gender, women’s empowerment, gender equality and equity, local justice, and broadly human rights and governance in Bangladesh and of the world is essential.
∎ Knowledge and skill on data analysis and report writing.
∎ Competency in drafting report and strong analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare EOI/ RFP including methodologies, key study questions and detailed action plan.
∎ Prepare inception report, project logical framework, project document, and communication materials for assigned projects.
∎ Carry out field work for data collection to reach the objective of the assigned project.
∎ Meeting or interview or FGD with relevant target groups following the methodology developed by the consultant.
∎ Prepare final report or submit key deliverable of the assigned projects.
∎ Prepare and submit concept note on potential projects.
Salary: Negotiable
