∎ Job Summary :
∎ Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs (CCP) is hiring a Radio Technical Coordinator for UNICEF activities for community level awareness and establishing peace and enabling environment for the host communities utilizing the power of radios. In this regard, there is a need of engaging consultants who will perform the duties in different settings - in office (Cox`s Bazar) and working locations.
∎ Consultant -Radio Technical Coordinator will be responsible in overall coordination and technical support for producing radio programs under the activities. The Coordinator will report to the Outreach Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Essential Duties & Responsibilities and Deliverables include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
∎ Analyze existing programs
∎ Provide technical support in making format radio program
∎ Provide guidance in drafting scripts and producing radio programs and public service announcements
∎ Offer insights in techniques to improve programs
∎ Form editorial review board
∎ Coordinate reviewal of programs by the review board
∎ Deliverables:
∎ Program format developed
∎ Editorial board organized and program reviewed in the editorial board
∎ Technical support provided for Scripts and PSA production

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in a radio program related role with at least 1 year of specific radio program editing and developing.
∎ Skills and Competencies:
∎ Good understanding on radio audiences demand and perception
∎ Sound in creativity and research skills for developing
∎ Willing to translate the skills in writing scripts to bring varied content
∎ Experience in coordination with the different contributors and stakeholders
∎ Willing to work with tight deadlines and have perception of value for money
∎ Must have technical aspects include operating a range of digital recording devices, familiarity with range of editing software, and experience of working in different studio environments.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla
∎ Language Skills: Excellent written and oral skills in Bangla and English.
