Educational Requirements:
∎ A relevant Master degree and several years' relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in a similar research capacity, and in synthesis and preparation of strategic information for decision-makers;
∎ Experience of working in multi-cultural environment and INGO or UN.
∎ Excellent written, verbal, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills - fluency in written and speaking English.
∎ Skills in writing reports and reviews, delivering presentations.
∎ Facilitation skills and ability to conduct effective focused group discussion among different stakeholders.
∎ Ability to organize workshop among different sectors of stakeholders (civil society, government, private)
∎ Fluency in English and excellent writing skills required.
