Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc /M. Phil/ Ph.D in Aquaculture/Fisheries /Food Sciences / Nutrition/ Related Discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Activity Title: Strengthening tilapia seed market systems and promotion of better production technologies among farmers in Bandarban & Cox`s Bazar districts.
∎ Position Name: Consultant (For scoping of process fish product development and marketing)
∎ Project Duration: June 2019 to February 2020
∎ Consultancy Period: 30 days

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find out the scope of process fish product development and their marketing channel
∎ Meeting with different Government official, Research organization, export bureau etc. for process fish diversification focusing rules & regulation
∎ Report generation on process fish product development and marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years' hands-on experience in the nutrition and food production field, designing and promoting nutritious fish based food for children men and women, and its promotion and marketing etc.
∎ Computer Literacy: Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Good command of English.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and good reporting skills with management

Salary:
∎ Consultancy fee BDT 14,000-15,000 per day (As per ITO 1984, Tax to be deducted at source)

∎ As per project policy
