∎ Consortium Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) establish and drive a strong MEAL system within the DFID consortium, in close collaboration with the consortium coordinator and implementing partner`s focal points. Perform external reports.
∎ This role offers huge scope for development within a growing, dynamic organization. The person will act as the key responsible for implementation of the MEAL program and for maintaining external coordination and liaison for the program with the support and direction of his/her supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ More precisely your Main Responsibilities will be:
∎ Ensure the quality of the data through designing and enforcing a regular data-verification process;
∎ Provide technical support to IPs in all aspects of the MEAL, with a focus to national partners;
∎ Coordinate the monthly MEAL working group at Cox's level;
∎ Design Terms of Reference for External Evaluation of the Consortium and prepare all materials, logistic, etc to support External Evaluation;
∎ Support any further assessment/survey that is needed at consortium level.
∎ On a regular basis, provide analysis of feedback and complaints received by partners;
∎ Capture the impact of consortium activities through innovative ways such as video recording, etc.;
∎ Organize at least one learning workshop during the implementation phase of the project;
∎ Work closely with the CC and IP focal points in order to support their advocacy strategy;
∎ On a quarterly basis, update activity plan of the consortium in close collaboration with IPs;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in direct project management experience (planning, monitoring, and evaluation of large programs) in humanitarian context
∎ Minimum 3 years of proven work Experience of working in a busy MEAL department, special preference to work experience in INGO
∎ Experience in conducting quantitative & qualitative surveys, assessments and evaluations
∎ Experience in working on projects funded by major international donors, with preference for previous experience with DFID
∎ Technical background in WASH, Nutrition/health and/or FSL is a plus
∎ Strong knowledge in database management and statistical analysis
∎ Knowledge in teaching methods and in the facilitation of meetings/training sessions /Knowledge of quality control and accountability approaches
∎ Experience in conducting internal knowledge building activities
Salary: Tk. 131000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants
