Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You have to master of English language with excellent texting and communication skills·
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.
∎ Actively listen to customer needs, clarify details, and conduct thorough investigations to identify solutions or alternative options.
∎ Leverage phone communication to promote and sell services or products based on established guidelines.
∎ Achieve individual and team goals for both qualitative (e.g., customer satisfaction) and quantitative metrics (e.g., sales targets).
∎ Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Perfectly handle USA Canada customer·
∎ Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes
∎ Office Hours: Weekly 7days | 8:00PM to 7:00AM (NIGHT SHIFT)1 hours break time·
∎ Holiday: Monthly 2 days (Any days)·
