Responsibilities & Context:
Keep accountability of computer equipment in the office.
Very expert in computer typing, especially in Bangla.
Elementary knowledge of designing templates, posters, greeting cards, etc.
Working experience in land matters will be an added advantage.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data at all times.Secretarial Functions (Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Graphics Designing, Official Letter Writing, File Management, Office Tasks, etc.)
Prepare, Maintain & file various documents in the Office Register Documentation, File Scanning, and Data Managing on the system (RAMS-Management Software, Excel & Word)
