∎ MS Word (Advance Level)
∎ MS Excel (Advance Level)
∎ Power Point (Advance Level)
∎ Bengali Typing (Avro/Bijoy - 35 WPM)
∎ English Typing Speed (35 WPM)
∎ Photoshop/ Illustrator (Secondary Level)
∎ Web Site Maintenance
∎ Social Media Marketing
∎ Audio & Video Editing
∎ Troubleshooting PC
∎ Local Area Network
∎ Email setup , pop3/ SMTP.
∎ Usage of PABX, Photocopies & File Management
∎ Speak, Write and Chat in English Properly
∎ Time management, multi-tasking, hardworking.
∎ Meeting Agenda, Minutes, Appointments, Follow up calls and emails, Accounts, Travel arrangement and overall help to Organization Chairman.
∎ All duties as Personal Secretary and Office Secretary as given by Chairman/Office Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MS office Suite Expert, Office Secretary for Cutting Edge Technology Based Company
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
