Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Manage and implement health and safety programs and procedures for HO, showrooms, warehouses and field forces of ACI Motors.
∎ 2. Prepare and maintain legal registers for site and ensure compliance with all safety regulations imposed by the government.
∎ 3. Review all legal requirements (e.g. BNBC, labor law, ECR, etc.) and identity requirements for showrooms and warehouses.
∎ 4. Visit showrooms and warehouses regularly and audit health and safety-related issues.
∎ 5. Conduct routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
∎ 6. Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ 7. Maintain internal control systems by updating programs, recommending new policies and procedures.
∎ 8. Provide technical safety and health support and information to production and common services personnel.
∎ 9. Provide Monthly EHS report to supervisor and others as necessary.
∎ 10. Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in 'sales/field/showroom audit & inspection' will be an added advantage.
∎ MS Office skills.
∎ High communication & social skill.
