Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors Limited is one of the most growing concerns of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Yamaha Motorcycles, Construction Equipment, Commercial Vehicles & Generator in our Product line.
∎ We are recruiting `Compliance Officers` who will be responsible for checking balance, payment records, the status of delivered and undelivered stocks, and ensure proper compliance in assigned region/territory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Check balance and payment records of customers.
∎ Reconcile physical TMS with software.
∎ Check delivered and undelivered stocks.
∎ Check account where payment and account records are interchanged.
∎ Prepare reports on findings and share with the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in 'sales/field audit & inspection' will be an added advantage.
∎ Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ MS Office skills.
∎ High communication & social skill.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
