Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ensure &implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ find out the noncompliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory.
∎ maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ prepare & update of al compliance related documents registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ prepare a Corrective Action Plan CAP against audit reports.
∎ face audit like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, CIS for different kinds of buyers
∎ Ensure workers safety issue about health &safety, Fire safety, Accident & route cause analysis.
∎ arrange training such as Orientation, Health &Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
∎ assist in preparing updating policies for compliance.
∎ maintain and make the renewal of al necessary license certificates permits.
∎ arrange al kinds of the meeting Compliance Issue, make up to date the registers.
∎ assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
