Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline from any reputed University
∎ PGDHRM and Social Compliance Diploma from BIM will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct social compliance audit in the different factories to verify & review social compliance standards
∎ Based on the audit prepare audit report independently and send to the factory within time frame
∎ Time to time communicate with the factory's concern to submit us Corrective Action Plan (CAP) as per audit report
∎ Regular monitor & communicate with factory's concern person to rectify the audit findings as per given date
∎ Capable to handle buyers & 3rd party Audit
∎ Correspondents with buyers and various compliance monitoring team to get update for any changes
∎ Maintain buyer wise factory list and update it when necessary
∎ Maintain an updated list of all factories compliance certificates status along with WRAP/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ ISO/ GOTS/ OEKOTEX certification
∎ Filling out all types of compliance form and documents provided by the buyers
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 years Compliance Audit experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Social Compliance Auditing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Buying House, Garments & Textile Industries
∎ Good command on Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (Including Amendment) and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015
∎ Applicant should have experience in WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, SA 8000, Primark, George (Walmart) audit & vast knowledge in Local law, Rules, BNBC & Accord/Alliance
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
