∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land procurement and related affairs of company.
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, For Example: Far Calculation, calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc regarding land procurement for large and small Projects.
∎ Highly self Capable on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka city and Gazipur District.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Convincing capacity of handling with the Land owners.
∎ The Applicants must have experience in land survey & land related documentation i.e. Khotian, mutation etc.
∎ Draft and review legal documents (i.e. GD, FIR, Complaint, Written Statement, Agreement, Contract, and MoU) and provide a legal opinion on criminal and civil matters.
∎ Keep tracking of legal issues and cases.
∎ Look up on compliance matter of the company in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain liaison with Panel Lawyers and monitor court activities related to the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with Court officials, Law enforcing agencies and other Govt. officials to provide appropriate legal services.
∎ Maintain and archive necessary Legal documents, files and registers.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly work plan and progress report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority.
