Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain register of the pregnant women and mothers of children 0-24 months of age in his/her catering area.
∎ Make home visits as per schedule and target, of pregnant women and mothers of children aged up to 24 months.
∎ Refer, follow up and remind clients for attending individual and group counseling on maternal nutrition, breastfeeding and complementary feeding at the facility.
∎ Provide service for the pregnant women following service during home visit:
∎ Informing pregnant women and their family members about importance of maternal nutrition, benefits of eating diverse foods, importance of IFA and calcium to mother & child
∎ Motivate husbands/fathers /grandmothers to ensure support for the mother and to attend the Counseling sessions at the facility.
∎ Support organizing and participating demand generation events in the community; encourage both mother and family to participate in special events/days in their community.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly report to Counselor/ Manager.
∎ Attend coordination and review meetings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable from same catchment area where she will work.

Salary: Negotiable
