Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and manage nationwide community of 15-20 fan groups
∎ Create connection with online bloggers and building relations with them
∎ Identify loyal fans from existing users and relationship build up with them
∎ Develop support content, discussion topics (e.g. product, brand, pre-written saved replies)
∎ Lead weekly sprint meetings with the line of top fans to identify and prioritize top tasks and ensure timely completion of priorities
∎ Serve as primary person-in-charge for the operations; develop strong relationships with fan groups
∎ Coach, mentor and develop fans, including overseeing new fans onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
∎ Weekly reports: send weekly summary emails to management with an update on progress and priorities
∎ Conduct quality checks on the team's output to ensure correct procedures are being followed
