Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Agriculture

• Diploma/ Graduation in Bachelor of Science and Agriculture/any discipline.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Rohingya Camps of Green skills development projects.
• Work experience in emergency response project/ Rohingya camps.                 
• Must be able to speak the local Chittagong language.                
• Female candidates are strongly preferred.              
• Experience in community mobilization, need assessment, beneficiary selection, input distribution and training delivery.               
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team player.
• Willing to work in any camps in Ukhiya Upazila.                 
• Punctual and good at time management and strong relationship building skills.     
• Understanding of protection issues facing our beneficiaries.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali 

• The role of the Community Facilitator is to mobilize the community, capacity building of the beneficiary and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders.  

• Community communication, mobilization and beneficiary selection and validation.

• Organize and facilitate beneficiary training, group meetings, workshops Facilitate skill development trainings as facilitator.

• Plan and record the training materials, equipment’s and assets Identify and locate resources and services from internal and external (UP, Govt, NGOs) sources for the participants. 

• Problem identification in the field and help the group to solve the problems.

• Organize and assist events observing different key International Days.

• Attend meetings/ events organized externally and represent the project and Cordaid properly.

• Conduct/facilitate training for beneficiaries.

• Insert attendance in MODA & distribute Inputs to beneficiaries.

• Organize and monitor/supervise mentoring and coaching.

• Prepare and submit plan, report weekly/ monthly as required Prepare reports as and when required.

• Showcases integrity standards as outlined in Cordaid’s integrity policies.

• Fulfills integrity responsibilities as outlined in Cordaid’s Integrity Framework and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Actively contributes to a safe environment within their scope of influence by encouraging dialogue, trust, and understanding and adherence to Cordaid’s integrity standards and procedures. 

• Follow and ensure the safety security policy and supports the project’s security and risk management system through identification, communication and analysis of potential risks and security issues in the project region and related mitigation recommendations and procedures.

•  Other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor to support program implementation, including for other project output

Monthly Salary Including Provident Fund & Gratuity.
