Job Context:
∎ CONTRACT DURATION: 31st December, 2022
∎ START DATE: As Soon As Possible.
∎ WORK LOCATION: Ukhiya & Teknaf
∎ CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term.
∎ He/she is responsible for organizing and supervising the community adolescent/youth-led interactive sessions according to protocol and under the guidance of Project officer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objective 1: Conduct information and awareness raising sessions at household and community level
∎ Meet the new beneficiaries and keep them informed about the program.
∎ Conduct assessment, survey, monitoring data collection etc.
∎ Mapping of service provider organizations and other social facilities for adolescents;
∎ Assist POs for proper referral services;
∎ Effective social mobilization to influence the community people and stakeholders to take proactive actions in raising awareness among adolescent.
∎ Create regular communications through Project Officer with Upazila level relevant (Health, women affairs, youths, Law enforcement) to share all updates of project.
∎ Objective 2: Formation and Organize adolescent/youth-led interactive events
∎ Develop group of adolescent girls and boys from the community.
∎ Frequent field visit and rapport building with adolescent, parents and the other stake holders;
∎ Sharing objectives of the project with the community members and adolescent;
∎ Establishing safe solidarity space for POs with the support from community;
∎ Facilitate different sessions with girls and boys and other stakeholders;
∎ Organize learning and sharing events at information center;
∎ Make positive linkage/relationship with all community stakeholders, sensitize them, and engage them in different project interventions.
∎ Objective 3: Assist in monitoring, reporting and information collection
∎ Assist to understand the progress of intervention through monitoring
∎ Help PO to compile monthly reports by providing information
∎ Provide necessary information to PO for documentation and any other field information for other requirements of the project.
∎ Assist for writing up project challenge, lesion learnt, case story etc.
∎ Prepare project Beneficiary database.
∎ Ensure record keeping system.

∎ Good knowledge of the intervention area and crowd management

Salary: Tk. 24234 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 02 basic salary per year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
