Job Context:
∎ S/he is responsible for community mobilisation activities of the project including; liaison and coordination with quality control volunteers (QCV) for field work, capacity building of community volunteers, community level meetings, identification of skills gaps, co-development and facilitation of trainings and sensitization sessions with targeted beneficiaries. S/he will support to ensure that the activities are implemented as stipulated in the program design.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead in the identification and targeting of beneficiaries as stipulated in the project design while working in close liaison with the PO-Markets and the Project Coordinator.
∎ Mobilize community leaders and community members for successful market assessment and scoping exercises as detailed in the project design.
∎ Assist in undertaking the market assessment in liaison with other PO and the consortium partners.
∎ Supervise a team of volunteers, producers, master trainers and other program participants engaged in the supply chain to ensure timely achievement of program goal.
∎ Develop good working relationship and create networks at camp level among host and Rohingya community members, community leaders, community volunteers, and the local market system actors, for project success.
∎ Organize the community level trainings ensuring that capacity building initiatives on the market approach reach all the targeted beneficiaries.
∎ Support liaison with relevant camp authorities for approvals of the proposed interventions.
∎ Facilitate and supervise extension services, demonstration, and viable income generating activities developed or adapted during the project
∎ Participate in Camp level coordination with other stakeholders supporting similar initiatives and highlighting Concerns' works as well as picking best practices for adoption with concern programming.
∎ In liaison with the PO and the Project Coordinator contribute to the planning on trade fairs showcasing to potential consumers the different products produced in the Camps.
∎ Prepare and submit to the PO monthly requests for raw materials required for the different handicraft work as prescribed in the project design.
∎ Work closely with the MEAL team to support complaints and response mechanisms systems, and strive to promote and adhere to strong accountability and transparency standards in all aspects of the project implementation including team management.
∎ Orient volunteers on the Complaints Response Mechanism (CRM) within Concern World wide's programming
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's HR policies, Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Emergency Director or the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' relevant experience in Food Security and Livelihoods programming
∎ Previous experience on private sector engagement, supply chain, market development, life skills trainings and vocational training.
∎ Technical knowledge on community based livelihoods and life skill interventions
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to enable collaboration with
∎ Excellent planning and organisational skills
∎ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, plan effectively and meet deadlines
∎ Proficient knowledge of standard computer software (desired)
∎ Considerable understanding and knowledge of the livelihood programming within the Rohingya response
