Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Social Welfare, Sociology, Political science/Social Science, Management or relevant subjects. Educational Qualification is considered for the experienced candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To form and strengthening the capacities of Self-Help Groups by providing different training sessions and ensure food security through involving SHG members in IGA.
∎ To empower the group members by providing them awareness training and different activities.
∎ To facilitate the SHG members to explore local resources and create accessibilities into those domains
∎ To help community volunteers in Formation of Child and Youth Club and help them to promote their learning and use in the practical fields.
∎ To facilitate the SHGs to establish network with other SHGs and social and government institutions.
∎ To prepare overall reports on monthly and quarterly basis and submit to the Project Officer (PO) and will directly work under his/her supervision.
∎ To collect the data for excel database monthly and produce report by analyzing the data
∎ To document all the event and training conducted by him/her
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience on child rights and self help group approach or community development in a reputable organization.
∎ Capable & willingness to use Bi-cycle.
∎ Excellent Communication, Networking & Interpersonal skill.
∎ Report writing skill.
∎ Presentation/Facilitation/Training/Counseling and motivational skill
∎ Computer Skill on MS Office and data analysis skill.
Salary:
∎ As per Project Scale.
