Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate seamless communication between higher secondary teachers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
∎ Maintain and regularly update communication channels to keep participants informed of CLMS updates and new features.
∎ Ensure teachers are well-informed about their roles and responsibilities within the CLMS platform.
∎ Provide necessary guidance to teachers for navigating and utilizing the platform effectively.
∎ Regularly share updates about new CLMS features and improvements with all participants.
∎ Drive engagement by addressing queries and concerns raised by teachers and participants.
∎ Gather, validate, and communicate user feedback on CLMS content and features to the technical teams for improvements.
∎ Work closely with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of user-reported issues.
∎ Foster strong relationships with teachers, principals, and other stakeholders to promote the CLMS’s goals.
∎ Transform and restructure existing curriculum content into concise, interactive online learning modules tailored for teacher training programs at the higher secondary level.
∎ Collaborate with the PMO team to refine and optimize the teacher training program structure.
∎ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Education, Communications, or a related field.
∎ Experience:
∎ 1+ years of experience in community management, coordination, or a similar role. University Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Prior experience working in educational or non-governmental organizations is highly desirable.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic project management tools.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communication channels and tasks simultaneously.
∎ A passion for education and community building.
∎ High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
∎ Ownership of a personal laptop or portable computing device.
∎ 10 Minute School is looking for talented individuals to join the Higher Secondary Education Project (HSEP), which aims to implement a Comprehensive Learning Management System (CLMS) across 3,300 colleges in Bangladesh. This USAID-funded project focuses on pedagogical training for higher secondary teachers. The CLMS will adopt a blended learning approach, incorporating both online and in-person learning and covering synchronous (live classes) and asynchronous content (recorded lectures, assignment submission, quizzes) to ensure the delivery of quality education. The project aims to directly benefit over 200,000 teachers and principals and indirectly over 3 million students, enhancing the educational landscape across the country.
∎ 10 Minute School is seeking proactive and dedicated Community Executives to support the Higher Secondary Education Project (HSEP). This USAID-funded project focuses on deploying a Comprehensive Learning Management System (CLMS) for teacher training in higher secondary education. The Community Executive will act as a vital link between teachers, government/non-government educational stakeholders, and 10 Minute School’s technical teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and engagement within the CLMS ecosystem.
