Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor's degree in social science or any other discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learning center visit
∎ Advocacy with TEO, GPS teacher and community schools.
∎ Identify slow learner from GPS (Govt primary school) and Community school and bring them to the center
∎ Assessment of slow learner after that mainstreaming with education
∎ Family visit and conduct meeting with parents
∎ Implement project intervention as per project needs and the direction of management team
∎ Sensitize the community as well as the LG, Children, Parents and Community resource teachers on quality education, child protection
∎ Coordination of public events activities within the national campaign.
∎ Organize different capacity-building events as when required
∎ Collect project data and share with project management for analysis and use.
∎ Ensure quality of the implementing activities of the project
∎ To prepare data and narrative report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on child rights, human rights, women's rights, domestic violence, child marriage
∎ Knowledge on target group selection from ultra-poor, slum communities
∎ Willing to move slum areas
∎ Basic Computer literacy will be added value.
∎ Able to prepare writing reports
∎ Analytical skill and ability to work under pressure
∎ Awareness and sensitivity regarding gender issues and respect for diversity
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
