Additional Requirements:
∎ WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience with a minimum 3 years of professional experience in communications related fields.
∎ LANGUAGE: Fluency in spoken and written English and Bangla is required; Knowledge of Rohingya dialect is an added advantage.
∎ OTHER SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
∎ Experience in design and implementing advocacy and communication campaigns in development and emergency contexts.
∎ Communications skills and techniques in media, social media, campaigns, content production, etc.
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to translate technical language into compelling and easy-to-digest communication products.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and as a part of a team.
∎ Knowledge and familiarity with the political, social and economic context of Bangladesh.
∎ Knowledge of food security, nutrition, resilience and other related fields a plus.
∎ Experience working with development, humanitarian and media organizations a plus.
∎ Familiarity with WFP and other UN agencies' work a plus.
