Additional Requirements:
05 to 08 years of experience in any reputed Bank with 03 years of experience in common services division.
Must have customer focused attitude.
Must have ability to book new customers and maintain the existing ones.
Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh, preferably outside Dhaka.
Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.
Candidates having break of services need not to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the procurement of Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx) items in compliance with Bank policies.
Support the vendor enlistment process and maintain effective vendor management.
Maintain fixed asset records, support annual asset verification, and follow up on repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
Coordinate maintenance works for fixed assets, office equipment, and bank premises.
Support logistic operations including vehicle management, scheduling, transport support, and maintenance coordination.
Support activities related to opening new branches, sub-branches, agent points, and other establishments.
Maintain liaison with internal stakeholders, government entities, landlords, vendors, and other parties involved in expansion-related processes.
Assist in managing the Bank’s insurance policies, claims processing, renewals, and related documentation.
Maintain proper store inventory, stock registers, and Oversee archive management including documentation.
Any other responsibilities/assignments as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.
