Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business / Accounting.
∎ Proficient with Database Management / ERP advanced user, Software use proficient.Essential

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with all responsible parties so that receipts/dispatch waybills, WV Distribution center visit report, Truck Inspection reports, Warehouse Inspection Reports, loss/Damage Report, Weekly Movement summaries, monthly physical inventory Beneficiary list and other relevant reports are received un good time. Receive, analyze and verify warehouse and distribution reports.
∎ Maintain a visual tracking or a checklist of receipts of these reports, and in consultation with the commodity officer, send notice to partner agencies whose reports are pending or whose reports are coming in late.
∎ Maintain a very neat, organized and chronological filing system, ensuring that hard copies of the recommended reports are available and easy to access at any time.
∎ In conjunction with the Commodity Officer ensure that standard commodity reporting all stakeholders use forms.
∎ Participate in monthly physical inventory and verify the accuracy of the physical inventory sheets.
∎ Coordinate with the Finance department the process of invoicing.
∎ Upon receipt of all relevant reports, these are entered into the global CTS. Organize a systematic way by which these reports are fed into CTS and analyzed.
∎ Generate CTS reports (CSR, RSR and LSR) and others, which reflect updated and accurate district global information of World Vision food aid in the district.
∎ Submit these reports to the commodity officer.
∎ Train selected commodities staff members with a view of building capacity and the use of the CTS.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Assistant Commodity Officer or his/her designee from time to time.
∎ Ensure Monthly Reports are posted in the WVI Food Grants Database (FGDB) with in 18 of the following Month.
∎ Ensure Quarterly Commodity Reporting.
∎ Ensure Cast Transfer Monthly Report (CTMR), Cash Transfer Summary Statement (CTSS), required Cash Transfer Reports are generated and posted in the FGDB.
∎ Ensure Monthly and Quarterly Narrative Reports are prepared, approved and posted in the FGDB.
∎ Contextualized and utilized reporting guidelines
∎ Support data collection at the implementation level.
∎ Support analysis and interpretation
∎ Facilitate the implementation of audit findings recommendations along with the Corporate Services Team.
∎ Generate and Report the required reporting to WVB and GC as required.

∎ Must be ready to work long hours in harsh stressful environment and security risk areas. Essential
∎ Honest, hardworking and God fearing with ability to conduct oneself in line with Christian values and understanding of World Vision Mission Statement. Essential
∎ Must be team player and have good inspection skills. Essential
∎ Formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training on using CTS / NTS / MS Dynamix / Provision / Concur / SCOPE / COMPAS / QWICR etc. Database / Systems. Preferred
∎ Demonstrated success in establishing, managing and leading and large project teams which result in successful sourcing project delivery with qualitative and quantitative results. Preferred
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively deal with a fast-paced and changing environment. Preferred
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the company through oral and written forms such as presentations and reports. Experience working on communication plans and change management techniques. Should be an articulate, persuasive leader who is comfortable working at all levels. Preferred
∎ Ability to develop metrics, methods and procedures which drive results across projects, and provide linkage to corporate objectives. Excellent analytical skills are required. Preferred
∎ Experience performing detailed analyses of complex data or situations. Performing supplier financial analyses. Experience in reporting, and the use of spreadsheets. Preferred
∎ Experience in driving customer satisfaction through proven, measurable sourcing results while balancing controls and risk mitigation. Preferred
∎ Strong contract negotiation skills and experience working with legal throughout complex contracting processes. Preferred
∎ Experience in using eSourcing tools and technologies preferred, including eRFx, reverse auctions, project management tools, contract management tools. Also experience required in procurement ERP modules. Preferred
