∎ To strengthen our continuous business growth ambition in Bangladesh, Arla Foods is currently looking for a strategic individual for the position of Commercial Support Manager.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, coach and develop new standards for the customer, sales and marketing to stay ahead of global competition and develop and lead total dairy agenda.
∎ Co-lead development of new category engagement strategies together with marketing.
∎ Support Sales and Marketing with in-depth category knowledge and translation to recommended actions, that allows them to make informed decisions to help them deliver their objectives,
∎ Prepares accurate and appropriate reports and presentations for meetings and updates the progress of the various assigned task or projects.
∎ Gathers, compiles and analyses information and prepare an effective communication for managing director.
∎ Compiles data for forecasting and planning purposes and aggregates data into understandable reports and analyses.
∎ Analysis and share the business performance by comparing the actual vs. plan to marketing and management
∎ Support the related capital investments with financial evaluation.
∎ To provide effective business partnering to drive value generation and decision support to the business to ensure differentiating strategy and flawless execution.
∎ Pre and Post evaluation of promotion (consumer/trade).
∎ Ensures that policies and accounting guidelines are followed and that sound judgement on data quality is applied consistently.
∎ Has a good understanding of financial analytical models and tools and some practical experience in applying the relevant tools to various financial disciplines. Has a basic understanding of accounting principles and how they are applied in practice.
∎ Oversee the smooth implementation of new technology across Commercial Operations, maximising value creation for the commercial organisation & eliminating manual inputs and duplication.
∎ Facilitates smooth communication between Managing Director and other executives, managers and employees.
∎ Assisting Managing Director in any other non-routine responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial function under FMCG industries. Cross Boarder exposer will be preferred.
∎ Expertise on numbers and rationales with sharp analytical skills.
Salary: Negotiable
