Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Should have experience in handling documentation for hospitals and the banking sector.
∎ Strong knowledge of import/export processes and international trade regulations.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee import and export documentation, including LC opening, shipping, and customs clearance.
∎ Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth transaction and shipment processes.
∎ Maintain and update records of all commercial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide reports to management.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective deals.
∎ Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
∎ Assist in preparing periodic reports and presentations for management review.
