∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage L/C-related works
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F
∎ To ensure all commercial activities ( L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding
∎ Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping Lines, Insurance Companies, VAT departments, production departments, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Communication with overseas suppliers, negotiation with suppliers and finding new suppliers.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department, etc.
∎ Follow up on Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Communicate with confirming bank to add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
∎ • Communicate with banks for timely Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) collection.
∎ Negotiate with the bank for the preferential exchange rate for imports.
∎ Follow up on Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
∎ Closely follow up on all commercial processes execute in a timely and cost-effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import activities and inform management as required.
