Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in agriculture from reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the ability to handle a commercial agro farm.
∎ Have the ability to handle Team and lobor.
∎ In Depth Knowledge on land operation, soil health, production practices, tools and techniques
∎ In depth Knowledge on different agro input like seed, fertilizer,bio pesticides chemicals, agro machines,harvesting tool
∎ Practical Understanding on product seasonality, variet, crop cycle management,harvesting time,maturity index etc.
∎ practical knowledge on cost benefit analysis on agro farm, specially per acre/hectare/decimal seed, fertilizer,bio pesticides etc. need vs output production calculation.
∎ Practical Knowledge on irrigation, fertilization,pest and disease control;
∎ In depth Understanding on farm product knowledge and commercial need of a product like product size,color,grade,weight,price etc
∎ In depth knowledge on product bulk packing,storage, transporting and handling
∎ Knowledge on pest free and safe fruits and vegetable production by using bio pesticide
∎ Practical Experience on monitoring the every vegetable stage of the crop taking measurement if any risk raise.
∎ Knowledge on agribusiness supply chain and market Intelligence.
∎ knowledge about foreign fruits and organic firming will be an added qualification.
