Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from a noted University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of THE SPOT ensuring high service standards
∎ Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service..
∎ Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Oversee all activities of the restaurant.
∎ Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
∎ Responsible for setting and following SOPs for the entire team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year of work experience at a reputed hotel or resort
∎ At least 6 months of hospitality sales/ front-end experience
∎ excellent communication skills
∎ Strong team player with leadership skills
Salary: Negotiable
