Experience:

• 4 to 8 years

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Previous experience as a Cluster Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Field Coordinator, or similar role.

• Experience in skills training, job placement, entrepreneurship development, and field coordination.

• Good understanding of technical/vocational trades and trade-based training programmes.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, Gantt Chart, and Log Frame.

• Strong communication, team supervision, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

EARN Project:

The Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET (EARN) Project is dedicated to engaging young people who are not in employment, education, or training (NEET—Not in Employment, Education, or Training) in economic activities across 250 rural upazilas of Bangladesh. Funded by the World Bank and implemented by the Department of Youth Development (DYD) under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the project includes a range of initiatives such as skills development, internships, entrepreneurship development, seed financing for business start-ups, and mentorship support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all EARN Project activities within the assigned cluster.

• Supervise Upazila teams and ensure activities are completed according to project targets and timelines.

• Monitor participant mobilization, enrollment, attendance, training completion, and dropout.

• Coordinate and monitor technical/vocational trade-based training under the project.

• Ensure training trades are relevant to local employment, self-employment, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

• Monitor trainers, training quality, trainee progress, and trade-wise completion.

• Support job placement by coordinating with employers, companies, industries, and local businesses.

• Monitor job placement, joining, employment retention, and employer feedback.

• Support entrepreneurship development, business mentoring, market linkage, and enterprise follow-up.

• Conduct regular field visits and monitor overall project implementation.

• Coordinate with local government, training centers, employers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and maintain proper project documentation.

• Update Gantt Charts, activity plans, trackers, and Log Frame indicators.

• Maintain and analyze project data using MS Excel, MIS, and reporting tools.

• Identify implementation gaps, delays, and challenges and take necessary follow-up actions.
