Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in the humanitarian and/or development sector and at least 4 years of professional experience in activities and/or projects that involved micro-insurance intervention as risk transfer, resilience building and/or livelihood promotional interventions.
∎ • A minimum work experience in the climate risk insurance space, inclusive or climate risk insurance, meso or macro-insurance or disaster risk financing sector.
∎ • Specific knowledge of agricultural and climate insurance initiatives at both micro- and macro-level.
∎ • Experience of microfinance and savings systems would be an advantage.
∎ • Proven expertise in information collection and documentation, including using participatory methods of data collection.
∎ Language: Good command over spoken and written English
