∎ The role: Oxfam in Bangladesh aims to contribute to the climate justice through Thought Leadership. The primary purpose of the position is to provide specialist support to the CJNRR programme in implementing sub-thematic strategies under climate action and Just Energy Transition. The position is expected to support the Thematic Head to position Oxfam as the Thought Leader in the Just Energy Transition in the country. As part of the thought leadership, implementation of the CJNRRs sub-thematic strategies, and addressing the CJNRRs Country Operational Plan (COP), the position is expected to support the project development under the business development needs of the CJNRR. Moreover, the position will coordinate a strong CSO movement against climate inequalities with Oxfam partners, affiliates, youths, women`s rights organizations, Trade Unions, and other stakeholders through innovation and wider engagement.
Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam National C2 pay band
