Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Care: Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently. Provide accurate information about clinic services, products, and pricing. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and empathy. Assist clients in understanding veterinary procedures, policies, and follow-up care instructions.
∎ Cash Handling:
∎ Process payments accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital transactions. Maintain and reconcile cash register balances at the start and end of shifts. Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. Handle petty cash and ensure all transactions are logged correctly.
∎ Administrative Tasks :
∎ Maintain accurate client records and update the clinic database regularly. Coordinate with the veterinary and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare daily financial reports and submit them to the clinic manager. Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
∎ Duty Time :10am to 8pm
