• Convince and guide clients to select services that best address their concerns, ensuring ethical and need-based recommendations.

• Welcome and assist clients upon their visit to the center, addressing their concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care.

• Handle client queries, issues, and feedback efficiently to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance trust, satisfaction, and service uptake.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the clinic, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.
