Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Client Communication Executive to manage student and client interactions, provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media

  • Provide information about universities, courses, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes

  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with interested students

  • Coordinate appointments and counseling sessions for students

  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and application progress

  • Assist students throughout the admission and visa application process

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and client concerns

  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to improve student engagement

  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and international partners

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of study abroad procedures is an advantage

  • Ability to work with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools

  • Smart, confident, and target-oriented personality

  • Previous experience in education consultancy or customer support will be preferred
