Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • We are hiring a Client Communication Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for our potential and existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly attitude to manage incoming calls, reply to messages, and ensure clients receive prompt and helpful responses. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design and marketing team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and manage all incoming phone calls professionally.

  • Reply to client messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

  • Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.

  • Provide accurate information about our services and processes.

  • Schedule client meetings and follow-ups as needed.

  • Maintain call logs, feedback records, and client communications.

  • Coordinate with architects, draftsmen, and the marketing team to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Handle basic client complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
