Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Duplex House, Residential & High-Rise Building-এর 3D Modeling (SketchUp / 3ds Max)
- V-Ray, Lumion অথবা Corona Render দিয়ে High-Quality Photorealistic Rendering
- ক্লায়েন্টের Concept, Plan বা 2D Drawing থেকে 3D Visualization প্রস্তুত করা
- Animation Walkthrough / Exterior-Interior View তৈরি করা
- ডিজাইন টিম ও ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠভাবে সমন্বয় করা
- ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিংয়ে প্রেজেন্টেশন ও প্রয়োজনীয় সংশোধন করা
- Feedback অনুযায়ী দ্রুত Revision ও Update প্রদান করা
- প্রজেক্টের প্রতিটি ধাপে ক্লায়েন্টকে ভিজ্যুয়াল আপডেট প্রদান করা
