∎ At least 2 years of proven sales experience in marketing services, especially digital marketing.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (organic/paid traffic, content marketing).
∎ Excellent communication skills, with a consultative approach.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Conversion and Sales Growth: Call leads provided by the marketing team to explain products or services and convert them into sales, while also onboarding potential customers through cold calling.
∎ Client Meetings and Relationship Building: Conduct online or on-site meetings with clients as needed, build long-term, trust-based relationships, and provide tailored solutions.
∎ Market Analysis and Solutions: Identify client needs and challenges, and offer effective digital marketing solutions to meet their business goals
∎ Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
∎ Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and propose strategic marketing solutions.
∎ Presentations & Negotiations: Present to clients and negotiate favorable terms.
∎ Contract Closure & Revenue Growth: Close deals and ensure profitability.
∎ Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide sales forecasts and performance reports.
∎ Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
∎ Location: On-site (Baridhara, Dhaka)
