Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Graduate or equivalent.
Diploma/Certificate in Special Education, Child Care, Psychology, or Social Work.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Prior experience in teaching, child care, or assisting impaired children is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use assistive technologies (Braille, hearing aids, mobility aids, etc.).
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt teaching support methods.
- Passion for teaching and fostering a nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborative mind-set with a dedication to teamwork and quality education.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist teachers in preparing learning materials tailored to the needs of impaired children.
- Provide one-to-one support during classroom activities.
- Help impaired children with mobility, communication, or other special needs.
- Support children in developing social, emotional, and self-care skills.
- Assist in using learning aids, assistive technologies etc.
- Ensure a safe classroom environment and supervise children during breaks, meals, and outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and specialists to support children’s individual education plans (IEPs).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the concern Authority.
