Education:
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after completing DA, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience after completing FCPS/MD.

Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, airway management, and perioperative care.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
.Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, drugs, and monitoring systems.
Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.
Willingness to participate in on-call duties and rotational schedules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support senior anesthesiologists in delivering safe and effective anesthesia care.
Conduct pre-operative patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
Assist in administering general, regional, and sedation anesthesia.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition throughout procedures.
Provide post-anesthesia recovery support and manage immediate post-operative care.
Ensure anesthesia equipment, drugs, and emergency supplies are properly prepared and functional.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OT teams to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.
Participate in emergency response activities and critical-care support when required.
Maintain accurate anesthesia-related documentation and patient records.
