Responsibilities & Context:

• Assisting in the daily activities of the class teacher under the direction of the Principal.

• Properly maintaining and reporting student attendance and absence registers.

• Regularly updating individual student files and information.

• Ensuring the safety, discipline, and continuity of learning for students in the classroom.

• Taking responsibility for the maintenance of classroom furniture, educational materials, and equipment.

• Preparing weekly student progress reports and informing the Principal.

• Encouraging positive behavior among students.

• Supervising the cleanliness of the classroom and surrounding areas.

• Abiding by all policies, rules, and instructions of the institution.

• Performing other duties assigned by the authority from time to time.
